OCEANOGRAPHY
Our oceanographic experience and expertise is extensive and includes data collection, analysis and interpretation of currents, waves, tides and sediments. Our capabilities range from shallow water to deep ocean applications including real time monitoring systems for long term operations on structures and offshore moorings.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Neptune's personnel are very experienced in the management of long term, large scale investigative and development projects. Notable projects include:
- A three year marine environmental programme for the Channel Tunnel. The project entailed long term oceanographic measurements and sediment transport studies.
- A two year multi-disciplinary study of the Bristol Channel and Severn Estuary for the Severn tidal power generation scheme.
